Organisational and Business Capacity Enhancement of MESPT MSMEs/Producer Groups in Kenya, Micro Enterprises Support Programme Trust (MESPT)

KCIC consulting facilitated training, coaching, and mentorship in the preparation and implementation of practical business plans through a business canvas model for specific MSMEs domiciled within MESPT’s areas (under the GGEP) aimed at enhancing profitability, resilience, and sustainability of the MSMEs/producer groups.

Assessed MESPT’s 5-year green growth and employment program, which involved evaluating 25 agricultural producer groups across 5 regions, i.e., Nakuru, Embu, Taita Taveta, Makueni, and Kilifi. Generated an evaluation report to inform MESPT of the status of the program.
