The facility sought to outline the key strategies and operational guidelines towards scaling the social enterprises in Africa, especially those owned by young people and women. The business plan was geared towards training 500,000 female and young African social innovators with skills transfer tailored for local markets, creating 250,000 jobs, and supporting 25,000 enterprises.
